Nassau Kosher Meats and Kitchen has been a trusted name in the East Meadow Jewish community for generations. From the moment a piece of meat enters our shop, it is handled with the utmost care and reverence. Every piece of meat we sell is soaked in water and salted right here in our shop. This traditional process, known as melicha, draws out the blood and is a cornerstone of kosher meat preparation. We never sell pre-soaked meat from outside sources — it all happens here, under our supervision.
Mashgiach on Premises
A trained and certified Mashgiach (kosher supervisor) is present in our shop at all times during operation. The Mashgiach oversees every aspect of our preparation process, from receiving to salting to packaging, ensuring that our kosher standards are maintained without exception.
Strictly Kosher Certified
Our entire operation — from the meats we source to the equipment we use — is certified kosher. We work only with trusted, certified suppliers and maintain the highest level of kashrut so that our customers can shop with complete confidence.
